💛Snickers Energy Balls
💛Choc Crunch power bars

💛Frozen Yoghurt Bark
Mix Greek yoghurt and honey, place in a tray and freeze. Melt your leftover chocolate, drizzle over the bark and enjoy or pop back in the freezer for later ✨

💛Healthy Brownie - v low calorie!
2 apples
2 eggs
2 tbsp cocoa powder
10g crushed choc /
1 tsp baking powder
Blend this together ..
Then fold in crushed mini eggs (5) + use 5 crushed eggs for the top and 10g choc Microwave for 10 mins (or oven bake) ☑️

💛Overnight oats
200g 0% fat Greek Yoghurt
30g Nutella
50g Oats
40 ml any milk
1 tbsp honey

Mix together & leave in the fridge overnight
Top with leftover Easter choc 😋

💛Nests
2 tbsp cocoa powder
150g oats
3 tbsp honey
2 bananas
(Add leftover choc into the mix and WOW!)
Mini eggs

Mix together, make your nest shapes on a baking tray and bake on 180C for approx 10-12 mins. Allow to cool then top with mini eggs.

💛Yoghurt Bites
Mix honey + yoghurt and freeze in an ice cube tray. Melt chocolate, dip the bites and enjoy ☺️

💜Healthy Biscoff Weetabix Bites can be found on the website 👀 (1st slide)

Be aware that mini eggs could be a choking hazard to little ones 🫶

They’re only young once - so I cherish it all… Including the sugar highs, sugar slumps and million toilet stops en route 🤣

Still managed to launch the Punch + Tone Challenge whilst away, keep in with my app ladies 😍 and get a few little workouts in 💪… and eat a ton of the nicest food 🙌

2 weeks into the school holidays and one to go 🤪 AND it’s busy one next week with my Birthday AND my in person class 💪 I’m happy to be home, to be back to you all and to slowly get into routine 👊

Because that number is not just body fat. ESPECIALLY after a long weekend like the one we’ve just had!!!!

It fluctuates daily based on:
✨ Hormones
✨ Water retention
✨ Your cycle
✨ Types of food and drink you’ve had
✨ Sleep and stress

And is you’re one of my ladies (and definitely you’re doing my Core Builder!)…

Sometimes you just need a different set of eyes to show you what you’re not seeing.

Laura, I am genuinely beyond proud of you for completing
 Your brain filters what you see.
It’s called negativity bias 👇
 and it’s the reason so many mums quit right before things start working 😢

Because instead of seeing:

✔️ REAL changes in body shape
✔️ getting stronger ✔️ building a habit of exercise ✔️ More energy, less aches ✔️ A new improved posture
✔️ Your deep core healing
✔️ A mum getting that ‘spark’ back

You see:

❌ A photo which is hugely misleading
❌ “my tummy still looks the same” ❌ “I don’t look different” ❌ “this isn’t working”
❌ Unreliable numbers on scales

So you stop.
But it’s not what I see 👀

And if you quit now? You’ve taken away your chance of moving forward, all because your brain is on self sabotage mode 😭

So if you’re in that “nothing’s changing” phase right now…
Please don’t disappear.

When you’re a tired, overwhelmed mum, juggling a million jobs, it’s SO easy to devour all the chocolate, crisps, biscuits….! 🍫

Which is FINE until you tell me you feel guilty, you can’t stop, you’re not making progress, you’re sluggish and the spiral continues 🌀🫠….
 Lots of you mums fully depend on a few recipes of mine to keep you going for snacks through the week. So if you’re not using my recipes you’re missing a huge piece of puzzle! 👇

BUT I also know lots of you aren’t there yet and I understand that some days, even mixing 3 ingredients feels like a chore 😆
 So I went round the supermarket a little while ago, taking photos just for you & it helped SO MUCH, so here we are again ! 🤣 📷

If you’re overthinking food right now…

here are 4 simple rules I follow to stay lean alongside my workouts👇

👩‍🍳💛 Eating habits don’t need to perfect… But a little effort goes a long way JUST LIKE YOUR EXERCISE!

✨ 1. Prioritise protein�Helps keep you full, supports your energy, core strength building, blood sugar and prevents weight gain, and stops the constant picking/snacking 👏

✨ 2. Keep it mostly “clean”�Focus on whole foods. Choose natural, wholesome food over junk and convenience food.
It’s surprising the difference it makes to your body. BUT if you have a treat, ENJOY IT and move on. No guilt. No spiral.

(The less ingredients the better - check out my 2 ingredient pizza, 3 ingredient brownies, 3 ingredient scones, yoghurt bowls, overnight oats, slow cooker meals, egg muffins… you get the idea!)

✨ 3. Don’t over-restrict�This is the big one. The more you restrict, the more likely you are to binge later.�Balance always wins - so if you fancy a bit of chocolate, have it!

(This evening I wanted chocolate. So I had a load of mini eggs. No guilt. Then I made my healthy brownies as a go-to for later 😋)

✨ 4. Be prepared (it’s so easy!)
Mae sure you’ve got the basic ingredients in - same weekly shop and same meals on repeat is fine! Make extra dinner & save for lunches.
Prep a snack every few days to keep you going.
(Something simple like my energy balls or even boil a dozen eggs!!)

A messy kitchen, little hands helping, late night snacks… this is my normal & simple just works best 💛

You lose the inches YES! But how!? 💭

Struggling with your body is SO overwhelming

Sometimes we can’t do the right thing because we get in our own head, we feel constantly confused…

Let’s be honest we’ve reached a point where you don’t care how you lose the inches 🤣 most of you have known me for ages now, you just trust me and say ‘I want in’ and that’s how we roll here 💗☺️

Inch loss comes from a few things with me…

1️⃣ I take the overwhelm and confusion away, do the thinking for you and you don’t quit.

Had a little catch up with @rebeccaosteocoach + baby Parker 🥹… Rebecca is on my Beginner’s Core Builder program and of course I had to do a few basic moves with them 🤭

Rebecca is a super fit mum, she’s been doing my workouts since her first baby 4 years ago 😍 …

She is also a Mummy MOT practitioner, assessing women after pregnancy, so in terms of postnatal core recovery, you’d think ‘why does she need the Core Builder?’

But right here, Rebecca is beginning her transformation 🥲

Simple CORE BUILDING is the key for all women regardless of fitness, strength, and especially if you want to feel like your old self again, let alone if you want your body to change ✨

Simple core moves will change your whole body… so Rebecca’s rib flare reduced significantly in the first week, and she lost 4cm from her waist!!

Between a velcro baby, breastfeeding, an older SEN son and a challenging pregnancy 😳 our amazing girl Rebecca committed to just 10 minutes a day…

and sorry but this is the most beautiful video - how bloody incredible is Rebecca and all of you mums 🥲 I’m having a moment 🥹!

Her pregnancy was tough, bringing huge challenges to her mental health. She turned to food…

Once her beautiful baby Elijah came, she was overjoyed but understandably so overwhelmed 🥺

I took her under my wing and she started the 4 week Beginner Core Builder program in Jan 😍

Honestly the biggest corner was turned 😭

💪She’s now lost 27cm off her waist
💪Her mental health completely stabilised
💪Her sciatica, back & knee pain has gone

She levelled up with the 4 week intermediate program in Feb and NOW is 2 weeks into the Advanced 😱😱

She’s also built up to adding other short workouts of mine too off the website - all with her little one attached 😅😂

WHAT A SUPERWOMEN 🦸‍♀️! WOW!

Not because she had loads of time.
But because she started by showing up for 10 minutes a day, rebuilding her core, despite life being full on 👊

😳 Messy weeks DON’T ruin progress but quitting does ❤️

Do you keep starting exercise... then falling off track a few weeks later?

Ladies - my drama is ridiculous! And of course it affects my time, motivation, eating habits, headspace - COVID also meant a little time off exercise 😷 But that’s not me failing, and so I would never quit?

But are you stuck in the start-stop cycle? 🔁

The real problem is when life starts giving MESSY 🙈 Youbed up in this cycle 🔁

You begin your fitness journey full of good intentions 👇

Then normal mum life happens:
A sick child. You feel run down. A busy week. A birthday or family event… LIFE CHAOS 😵‍💫

You miss a few workouts...
...and suddenly the guilt kicks in. You think you’re failing.

👉So you quit 👈

Then eventually later you start again. But the same thing happens.
